What To Expect


The Location : Westerbeke Ranch

The Westerbeke Ranch is located five miles west of the town of Sonoma, in the heart of the wine country. We are 50 miles north of San Francisco and just 45 minutes from the Pacific Ocean. 30 minutes eastward are the sloping vineyards of the Napa Valley and the Calistoga mineral spas.

Lush garden paths, amid native oaks, lead to charming and comfortably furnished redwood cabins and spacious meeting rooms. The ranch offers shared accommodations, which are nestled in the gardens above the pool area. Each cabin has a series of bedrooms with each bedroom having its own bathroom and private entrance. Gourmet meals are specially prepared and served in our beautiful California mission styled dining room, outdoor patio, or at poolside.

Acres of unspoiled beauty and filled with the spirit of our Early California heritage. The Ranch has been a favorite location for business meetings, personal growth seminars, yoga retreats, and gatherings of all kinds.


Westerbeke Ranch is well known for delicious and inventive cooking. Our gourmet chefs bring unique gifts of grace, skill and invaluable culinary knowledge to our kitchen. Breads and desserts are baked here; fresh vegetables, meat, fish and cheese are available from Sonoma Valley farms. Everything is prepared with a special emphasis on herbs and natural flavors.

Pricing

The retreat is $595 all inclusive. That includes food, lodging all Yoga and Pilates instruction.
It will be a worthwhile trip, we promise to provide you with the utmost comfort, inspiring classes, rejuvenating restorative yoga and peaceful guided meditations.


Schedule

Arrival : 9 AM Friday

You should plan to arrive as early as 9am so that you can enjoy this peaceful ranch, indulge in the pool/hot tub or start your retreat out with a deep tissue massage. Get comfortable in your cabin and settle in for an awesome long weekend of movement, meditation and fun. Breakfast is not provided so grab something on your way or take a hike into town. Our first class will be a combo class at 4pm, opening with a strong core flow practice and ending with sweet slow deep stretch.

GUEST CHECKLIST

The average temperature in the area for April is expected to stay in the 80-degree range (could be warmer) and lows for the evenings are expected to be in the upper 50 degrees. Bring along an extra change of light summer clothes and a summer jacket just in case.
